Return Policies

Thank you for shopping at Studio Shanthaly. We hope that your purchases meet and exceed your expectations and needs.

If you are not completely satisfied with your hair product purchase, please contact us promptly at shanthaly@shanthaly.com.  It will be our pleasure to exchange or refund the hair product in question (within a maximum of 30 days) for a product that better suits your needs.  Products that are more than 20% used, discontinued or with old packaging will not be accepted. For hygienic reasons, there are no returns for cosmetic products (make-up). 

For all styling tools with a manufacturer's warranty, please refer to their website for their return policy. 

Unfortunately, Studio Shanthaly does not accept returns or exchanges on merchandise/products purchased online and received in delivery.

No refunds or price adjustments will be possible during sales such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day or any other current available promotions.
